Together, Adenike and Bola bring more than 40 years of combined experience across capital markets, Islamic finance, operations and growth leadership in Africa and the UK.
Adenike Adeboye
Adenike Adeboye is the Co-Founder and CEO of Congruity Consulting, bringing close to two decades of experience across capital markets, Islamic finance and business development in Nigeria and the UK. In senior business development roles within investment banking and Islamic asset management, she structured and led the launch of a broad range of investment products and client mandates — including landmark Green and Sovereign Sukuk issuances, Real Estate and Subnational Sukuks, and Shariah-compliant commercial papers for African governments and corporates. She has also helped structure one of Sub-Saharan Africa’s first Sovereign Sukuk bonds and led digital product initiatives that meaningfully grew assets under management. Adenike pairs this capital-raising and Islamic finance expertise with a disciplined, data-driven approach to stakeholder management and strategy — the combination behind Congruity’s own client and investor engagements.
Bola Ramos
Bola Ramos is the Co-Founder and COO of Congruity Consulting, responsible for the firm’s operations, financial discipline and growth execution. She brings a track record of scaling organisations across supply chain, logistics and renewable energy: as a chief executive in the clean energy and cold-chain logistics sector, she leads strategy, financial performance and fundraising — equity, donor and strategic partnerships — for a solar-powered business expanding across West and East Africa. Earlier, she held senior supply chain and compliance roles across the logistics, real estate and telecommunications industries, consistently delivering strong cost efficiencies and reliable on-time performance. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
